Free Meet and Greet

Service Description

This service is for our new customers. The meet and greet session is usually conducted where the proposed service is being delivered. We have found that animals feel more settled returning to a place they have visited before and to people they know. This session also gives you a chance to meet the team who will be caring for your pet. If the proposed service is day care or overnight stays it also allows you to see the area where your pet will be. Most importantly it allows us to gauge how your pet interacts with our pets - Lucy and Abby (both very friendly Golden Retrievers) so that everyone is safe and happy. This session provides time to tell us what is important in the care of your pet so we can personalise our service to your pet's preferences and your standards.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before the booking start time or we will not be able to refund you the full amount unless there are special circumstances.
